Acceptance of Terms

This site is designed for the exclusive use of board-licensed and board-registered mental health professionals. By accessing and using our website, purchasing our digital products, or participating in our live webinars, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. 


Digital Products

Purchase and Access

Upon completing your purchase, you will receive access to the digital product(s) via a download link or through your user account. You MUST ACTUALLY DOWNLOAD the document. Clicking the links prior to download will result in "exceeding number of downloads," and require a reset. Download links will remain active for 90 days. Failure to download within this period may result in loss of access and will not be refunded.


Usage Rights

You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the digital product(s) for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Sharing, redistributing, or reselling our digital products is strictly prohibited.

Compatibility

Our digital products are provided in word/pdf format. While we recommend using recently updated versions of your browsers and operating systems (chrome, explorer, safari, ios) for optimal performance, we are not responsible for compatibility issues with other software or devices.

Live Webinars 

Registration and Participation

Registration is required for all live webinars. By registering, you agree that you are a board-registered or board-licensed mental health professional and agree to provide accurate information and to adhere to these terms . If you have a request for exception, please contact us directly  at: info@pacificnorthwestces.com. 

  

Cancellation and Refunds

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule webinars. In such cases, registered participants will be notified and offered alternative dates or refunds.

Our digital products are provided in word/pdf format. While we recommend using recently updated versions of your browsers and operating systems (chrome, explorer, safari, ios) for optimal performance, we are not responsible for compatibility issues with other software or devices.  Participants must not engage in disruptive behavior, share inappropriate content, or harass other attendees. We reserve the right to remove participants who violate these rules.


Intellectual Property

All content, including digital products and webinar materials, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited .

Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

No Warranties

Our products and services are provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied .

Limitation of Liability

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. 

Privacy and Data Protection

We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to such processing .


Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Oregon. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the state of Oregon.

Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

By using our website, purchasing our digital products, or participating in our live webinars, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Return and Refund Policy

  • Live event registration can be cancelled at any time prior to the event for a full refund by emailing us at: info@pacificnorthwestces.com
  • Cancellations received after event start-time will be considered missed/not cancelled. We do not offer refunds, CE credit, or alternative registration options or materials for missed/not canceled or partially attended live sessions.   
  • We do not ever offer recordings in lieu of live registration or attendance. If you cannot attend a live event, please cancel and try one of our On Demand options instead.
  • On Demand purchases are considered final and non-refundable.

User Content. We may allow you and other Users of our Services to share their own content with others. This may include posts, comments, reviews, or other User-generated content. Unless otherwise noted when creating such content, this information may be shared publicly through our Services.

Payment Information. If you make a purchase through our Services, we (or a third-party payment processor acting on our behalf) may collect your payment-related information, such as credit card or other financial information.
